U.S. News & World Report today released its annual best colleges rankings, which recognized Lynn University in several categories. Lynn was listed among the most innovative universities for the ranked third and topped the list of most international universities.
"We are honored to be recognized in these categories—diversity and innovation are traits that reflect our environment," says Lynn President Kevin M. Ross. "Both are also critically important for helping students gain the intellectual flexibility needed in today's ever-changing and global society."
Lynn was ranked third in the southern region for innovative approaches to curriculum, technology, faculty, students, campus life and facilities. Elon University, Chapman University, High Point University and Southern New Hampshire University also made regional lists.
With students from approximately 100 countries, Lynn has remained highly ranked as the region's second most international school and the nation's seventh. Lynn was also ranked as one of the south's best universities.
U.S. News ranks schools based on quantitative and qualitative measures that education experts have proposed as reliable indicators of academic quality.
