Presentation covers tricks for techniques to improve artists' 3-D visualization and renders

Leslie Wing Orúe, professor of Motion Graphics in the College of Communication and Design, presented at “D3 Art + Design Conference and Expo” in Miami April 4-5.

D3 Art + Design Conference and Expo is an annual event for creatives that encourages the exploration of traditional art, digital design and technology. The interdisciplinary show brings together a diverse community of talent that works on projects rooted in the emergent creative industries.

Orúe presented a series of tricks and techniques designed to improve artists' 3-D visualization and final rendering. The presentation included a variety of native Cinema 4D tools that help with materials, modeling and lighting in 3-D environments.
